In order to enable our international readers to enjoy the "Le Journal”, publisher Else Edelstahl and us as chief editors now present selected articles in an online version in English. Please follow these links to the website of the Bohème Sauvage:

English issue N° 7 : https://www.boheme-sauvage.com/le-journal-no-7-english
German issues N° 1 - N° 7 : https://www.boheme-sauvage.com/journal

“Le Journal" is not a historical magazine; rather, it is our aim to enrich you, dear readers, with lively contributions from the perspective of the 1920s. We are supported by a brilliant ensemble of editors, based between the Rhine and Spree rivers, without whose cooperation this journal would be unthinkable!

In issue No.7, our authors accompany you, among other things, to the glamorous film premiere of "Madame DuBarry", with which the Berlin Ufa-Palast was opened in 1919, experience the ups and downs in the life of a student at the BAUHAUS Weimar and even climb naked through the Ticino mountain landscape accompanied by Hermann Hesse!

The "Le Journal" is not for sale, but a gift with every ticket for a Bohème Sauvage evening event. The current issue No. 7 is dedicated to the 1919/1920 season, and you will be able to hold the follow-up issue in your hands for the first time on New Year's Eve 20/21.

We wish you an exciting and exhilarating read!

Yours
Marie de Winter & Ferdinand Sturm
